1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyDreamGPT mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyDreamGPT is an AI-powered dream interpretation application. You describe your dreams via text or voice, and the App uses artificial intelligence (Azure AI Foundry) to generate interpretations. The service is available in free and premium tiers.

• Free Tier: Up to 5 dream interpretations per day (anonymous) or 1 per day (signed-in free users), with advertisements displayed via Google AdMob. Interpretations are generated using GPT-5.4-nano.
• Premium Tier ($2.99/month): Up to 1,000 interpretations per day, ad-free experience, premium AI model (GPT-5.4), voice input, and full dream history.

3. Account Registration

To save dream history and access personalized features, you may create an account using your email address via Microsoft Entra External ID (email one-time passcode). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the App to generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dream interpretations generated by MyDreamGPT are produced by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

• Interpretations do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or any other professional advice.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• You should not rely on interpretations for making health, relationship, financial, or legal decisions.
• If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a licensed mental health professional.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any interpretation.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MyDreamGPT and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the dream descriptions you submit.
• AI-generated interpretations are provided to you for personal use. You may share them, but you may not resell or commercially distribute them.
• We do not claim ownership of your dream content and do not use it to train AI models.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Data Usage and Analytics

• We collect anonymized usage telemetry via Azure Application Insights to monitor service health and improve the App.
• Free-tier users are shown advertisements by Google AdMob, which may use device advertising identifiers for ad targeting.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
• AI model availability depends on Azure AI Foundry and may be subject to capacity constraints.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDreamGPT and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, intellectual property) shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
